2. Appointments
All sessions are by appointment only.
You are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you are late.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Digital Products & Refund Policy
All downloadable products, including but not limited to Quantum Shifts and other digital offerings available through this website, are delivered electronically and are deemed accessed upon purchase.
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable products are final. Once purchased, downloadable products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. No Chargebacks
By booking a session or purchasing a digital product, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider. Doing so violates these terms and may result in refusal of future services or access to products.
